SHIPPING POLICY

We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 48 hours after the order has been placed and accepted by us. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. mhímā ensures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order.

DELIVERY TIME This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However, we endeavor to deliver orders within 4 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays)

However, due to the unforeseen challenges and difficulties posed by the current situation and our competitive pricing strategy, we are presently unable to fulfill any requests for returns, exchanges, or replacements of any items purchased from our website. This policy is applicable for all orders, irrespective of the reason or circumstance of the return.

Whether you have changed your mind about your purchase, received an item that does not match your expectations or specifications, or ordered a size or color that does not suit you, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we request you to kindly refrain from sending back any items to us. We are unable to process any returns or exchanges for any purpose.

At mhímā, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to cancel your order. We are committed to making this process as smooth and easy as possible for our valued customers.

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer support team through one of the following methods:

  3.  Please have your order number ready when you call.

 

Cancellation Time Frame

Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
